Return Policy

Return and refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us  if something is wrong with your item and let us find a solution!

All return and refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (as marked by tracking number). In your request, please include the reason for the return, any photos of item and packaging (if claiming damage not noted in description), and any other relevant information. Once approved, please send your item back with all original packaging, tags. Items must be unworn and in the same condition they were delivered.  


Returns must be approved before sending back.  Any item that is returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send it back to us. 

In cases where we messed up, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to use. 

In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using USPS priority mail, which includes tracking and insurance, in case your return gets lost before it makes it back to us. 


We do our best to examine each item before listing, and make note of any damage or flaws in each item's description. 


Due to the nature of vintage and previously owned clothing, minor signs of normal wear should be expected when purchasing, and may not be noted in item description, including but not limited to; Fabric pilling, loose stitches, color fading, fabric thinning, etc. 

We are a non-smoking home/shop, but we do have a cat! We don't sell items that have noticeable cigarette smoke odor (on the rare occasion that we do, it will be clearly noted in the item description). Although clothing is washed before selling, it is impossible to know the home from which it came before getting to us. If you are especially sensitive to allergens and odors, please take note of this before purchasing.
